If this was a mistake or accidental, send an email to  webmaster@astroleague.org and include your IP address so we can un-block it. If you don’t know your IP address go to www.google.com enter “my ip address” in the search box.

Otherwise just wait a week or two and your IP address will be automatically unblocked.
