The event will have lectures, planetarium shows, astronomy related exhibits hands-on science materials, planet walk, telescope making, and more, Visitors can view the sun in safe solar filtered telescopes. Children can make a star wheel and learn about science in a special hands-on science exhibit and science demonstration area or attend a planetarium show. Local amateur astronomers will be on hand to explain exhibits and answer questions.
