The Meeting will be November 4–6 at The Omni Tucson National Resort in Arizona. The presentations on Nov. 5 & 6 will be broadcast online for those who would like to attend remotely. AAVSO also welcomes a new executive director, Dr. Brian Kloppenborg–come meet Brian at the event!

Interactive experiences for both in-person and online attendees will include:
– keynote speakers, complete with Q&A from in-person and online audiences
– presentations by AAVSO members and observers, complete with Q&A from in-person and online audiences
– online Research Poster Hall

In-person attendees will also have opportunities to:
– attend an opening reception on Friday evening, with a speaker and cocktail hour
– enjoy dining at our closing banquet on Sunday
– enter the raffle drawing
– chat with one another in person over coffee or tea and lunch (included in your registration fee)

AAVSO’s one-day Workshop will be held in person only on Monday, November 7th:
“Advanced Use of AstroImageJ for Exoplanet Observing” with instructor Dennis Conti
