32nd Annual Deep South Regional Star Gaze held at the Feliciana Retreat Center near Norwood, LA.  On good nights we have 6.5 magnitude skies.  The ammenities include hot meals and lodging options ranging from motel type rooms to tent camping around the observing field.  This setting is approximately 115 miles north northwest of New Orleans.  Typical daytime temperatures are as high as 75 to 80 degrees and night time lows are down to about 50 to 55 degrees.  We have speaker programs and some very nice door prize give-aways.  Typically have a couple of vendors that attend and have items for sale.
